SPECIALIZED COUNSELING FOR ADDICTION, TRAUMA, CHRONIC ILLNESS—AND GENERAL SUPPORT FOR CHANGE, GROWTH AND UNCERTAINTY.

Since 2013 I have been supporting individuals in navigating the psychological complexity of change. Whether it be a cancer diagnosis, addiction, or the healing of past trauma, my focus is on connecting individuals to tools, resources, and experiences that tap into their innate and authentic wisdom, which then guides them on their journey forward.

Through reflective practices connected to cognitive, emotional, somatic (body), relational, nature-based, and spiritual inquiry, individuals learn to generatively hold the tension of change—its grief and opportunity—in ways that support the development of a more profound sense of meaning, peace, purpose, and belonging in the world.
