Receiving a cancer diagnosis, either for yourself or a loved one, can turn your world upside down. Fear, uncertainty, and overwhelming emotions can consume thoughts. Questions about treatment, recovery, and the future seem endless.

As someone who has personally navigated a cancer diagnosis and who has dedicated years to supporting others through it, I understand the challenges you're facing. My work offers a holistic approach to healing, addressing the needs of your mind, heart, body, and soul.

Through our time together, you will:

  • Develop a greater understanding and ability to manage your emotions, reducing stress and increasing well-being.

  • Acquire a valuable reflective practice toolkit that builds resilience and supports a renewed sense of agency and control.

  • Uncover deeper self-wisdom and understanding that will give you the strength to keep putting one foot in front of the other with grace and purpose.

You don't have to face this alone. If you’re looking for support in your process or are simply curious about the work, reach out, and let’s set up a free consultation. Together, we’ll explore an approach that’s right for you.

My rate is $160 an hour.

Insurance: I currently accept insurance in Washinton state connected to Cigna (Evernorth), United Health (Optum), Regence, Aetna, and Medicare.
